I’m married to Eldad and the mother of 3 wonderful children – Adam, Shahar and Roni.
Professional and Military Experience
With over two decades of service as an IDF Casualty Officer, I bring a unique blend of strategic leadership and emotional depth. Throughout my military career, I supported bereaved families, wounded soldiers, and commanders coping with trauma and responsibility. During the current war, I was honored to serve as the Minister of Defense’s Advisor for Hostage Families.
Academic Background and Professional Training
I hold a BA in Social Sciences and an MA in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, and I am a certified mediator. My professional training includes couples therapy, group facilitation, and tools from CBT and mindfulness-based approaches.
Personal Resilience
My professional path is deeply shaped by personal experience – especially the journey of my eldest son’s illness, diagnosed five years ago – which has only deepened my belief in the power of trust, empathy, and resilience.
Social Involvement
I am an active community leader, serving as an elected member of my local council, and I volunteer in several national and local social organizations.
